General Booking Information – Terms & Conditions

Payment Schedule
Deposit: Due at the time of booking
Installment: Due on or before October 15, 2024
Installment: Due on or before April 15, 2025
Final Payment: Due on or before October 15, 2025

  • We will adjust the payment schedule as we pass the dates set above.

Cancellation Policy/Fees
On or Before Nov 1, 2024: $250.00 pp ($400 pp for Suites)
Nov 2, 2024 – Apr 30, 2025: $350.00 pp ($650 pp for Suites)
May 1, 2025 – Oct 27, 2025: $450.00 pp ($1,000 pp for Suites)
After Oct 27, 2025: NO REFUND

  • A Cancellation policy dates remain the same regardless of your booking date.
  • Cancellations must be in writing by emailing your cancellation request to your travel agent.
 

Transfer Policy/Fees
Up to Oct 28, 2025: $125.00 pp ($250.00 pp for Suites)
Oct 28, 2025 – Dec 26, 2025: $250.00 pp (No Transfers for Suites)
After Dec 26, 2025: NO TRANSFERS

  • A Transfer request must be in writing by emailing your request to your travel agent.
  • You cannot transfer your reservation or assign it to another person.
  • If you cancel the new reservation, any transferred funds are non-refundable.
  • Transfers are no longer valid after the sailing date of the cancelled reservation.
 

Additional Policies
Additional Fees
Every person must pay additional fees. The fees will reflect port charges, government taxes, doc fees, gratuities and security fees. These will be as follows:

$595.00 per person for all Suites
$495.00 per person for all Staterooms
Additional Person Cabin Cost
$650.00 per person for all Suites
$575.00 per person for all Staterooms
Singles Policy
Single passengers may board the ship only if a couple accompanies them and they share the couple’s cabin.

All cabins require a double occupancy minimum. If a person shows up at the port without their partner, the cruise line will deny boarding and will not issue a refund. If a client arrives at the port unannounced as a single, cruise staff may allow boarding on a case-by-case basis; however, the client must pay a $750.00 single supplement fee at the port before boarding. (Cash payment only.)

Additional Details

A booking includes all meals, except in specialty restaurants, and basic poured drinks such as water, coffee, and tea. Beverage and amenity packages are subject to a automatic gratuity charge.

Special Offers
Any cabin purchased from Bliss Cruise or one of its Travel Affiliates is for a cabin ONLY. The Bliss Cruise program does not include or honor any special pricing, promotions, offers, or discounts from the cruise line’s regular voyages. In addition, some cabins may have limited amenities during a Bliss Cruise charter.

 

What Not to Pack

For the safety of our guests and crew, there are certain items that are not allowed on board. If these are found, they will be confiscated. Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, flammable liquids, explosives, and dangerous chemicals will not be returned. Prohibited items are at the discretion of the Chief Security Officer and the Staff Captain and include, but are not limited to: a list of prohibited items that may vary depending on the circumstances. For more details, please refer to the General Booking Information provided.

Illegal drugs and substances
For your General Booking Information, the cruise line does not allow candles, incense, coffee makers, clothes irons, travel steamers, or hot plates onboard, as they generate heat or an open flame. This includes heating pads, clothing irons, hotplates, candles, incense, and any other item that may create a fire hazard. NOTE: The only exception to this policy is curling irons and hair straighteners. Matches and normal lighters are allowed onboard; however, “torch lighters” and novelty lighters that resemble guns are prohibited. Torch lighters emit a powerful, concentrated flame, making them unsafe and not allowed onboard.

 

Electrical extension cords
Firearms and ammunition, including realistic replicas
Sharp objects, including knives and scissors*
Self-defense, including handcuffs, pepper spray, and night sticks
Alcoholic beverages (Note: The ship will store alcoholic beverages purchased in ports-of-call or onboard shops and deliver them to you on the last day of the sailing.)

  • Personal grooming items such as safety razors are allowed. Scissors with blades less than four inches are allowed.
    ** Two bottles of wine per stateroom are allowed on embarkation day, subject to corkage fees.
